Filings:
On the company profile page, you can find a list of documents that have been filed by the company. This list is located on the right side of the page and provides details such as the target delivery time (in minutes), charge in credits, and a sample document (where available). For more information on registry extracts, click here.
*TIP: Use the search bar above the filings list to search for a specific filing.
Supporting information includes:
- Date that the information was filed.
- Estimated document delivery time (if a manual retrieval is required).
- Sample document (when available).
Order reference pop up:
When a filing order has been placed a pop up will appear confirming the order and presenting an opportunity to add an order reference. To complete the purchase of the order click Confirm Order.
If you wish not to see this pop up in future, check the tick box for Don't show me this again, this will take affect when you click Confirm Order.
Repeat orders:
If a filings order has been previously ordered by you, or your colleages within the past 30 days we will flag when this happens. If there are multiple previous orders you will be shown the last occurence.
To retrieve the previous order free of charge click Download Oast Order.
To override this process and order a new copy of the document, click Order New Document, you will be charged the credit amount for creating a new order.
Re-enable order pop up
If your Order reference pop up is disabled, you can re-enable this in the Settings section and enabling the setting for Order pop up enabled.
