Downloading a previous order

All of the orders you have placed in the past 30 days can be viewed in the Order History section of the portal. Simply click on Order History in the navigation bar at the top right of the page. 

Here you can view your ordered items, filings and enhanced profiles. Items are listed in order of date ordered and grouped by entity.

You can use the search bar in the Order History section to search through your placed orders, by company name. You can also use the date search to select the date the document was ordered.

Once you have reached the order history section, there are two buttons to select from:

Profile: Taking you to the company profile page of a given company.
Download: Allowing users to download a copy of the order.

After downloading, users can save the file to their computer or device. Users can then use the downloaded order for reference, compliance reporting, or sharing with relevant stakeholders.
