How to retrieve a delivered registry document

Once a registry document has been delivered through Kyckr's Portal, it is typically accessible in one of the following ways:

Download from the Kyckr Portal: Log in to the Kyckr portal and navigate to the Order History section. You can see more about the Order History section here. Locate the document you wish to retrieve. To save the document, simply click on it and download the document.

Access Email Notifications: In some cases, Kyckr may send email notifications with a link to access the delivered document. Check your email inbox for any notifications related to the document delivery.

Click on the provided link in the email to access and download the document.

If you are unable to locate or retrieve the delivered registry document using these methods, please consider the following:

  • Ensure you are using the correct login credentials for your Kyckr account.
  • Verify that you have access permissions to retrieve and view the specific document type.
