Once a search is completed, a list of results is shown from the relevant registry (or an international list if using global search).
These results will typically take a few seconds to appear, however, in some cases, it may take longer to connect with the registry.
Each result includes the following information:
Company Name:
The legally registered name. Please note this can be different from the trading name or doing-business-as name.
Company Registration Number:
In most cases this is a unique code, however in Germany and Canada it is possible to find entities in different legal jurisdictions with the same registration number.
Country flag:
Showing the country of registration.
For some of the registries on our network, you will also be presented with a company status and a registered address, helping you to further identify the correct result.
Once the necessary company is identified using the search, the next step is to click the button labelled View Company Profile. This will navigate you to the company profile page for the selected entity.
