If a user has been previously removed from the Kyckr portal and you would like to reinstate them, please follow the below steps:
Access User Management: Access the user management area by clicking Admin in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Active Drop-down: Click on the Active drop-down and select Inactive.
Activate User: Find the appropriate user, click on the 3 dots, and click Activate User. Confirm the activation.
Active Drop-down: Toggle back to Active users by clicking on the Inactive drop-down and selecting Active.
User will now be active:
- User will receive a Welcome email
- User will NOT receive PASSWORD RESET email
Ask the user to either:
- Reset their password via https://portal.kyckr.com
Or
- Perform a password reset in the Admin section by clicking on the user and selecting Password Reset from the dropdown menu.
