Portal Security Authentication - Getting Started

At Kyckr, we prioritise the safety of your account. One of the ways we ensure this is through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which adds an extra layer of security to your account.

In this article, we will explain two user-friendly options for enabling MFA:

Option 1: Multi-Factor Authentication using Single Sign-On (SSO)

With this option, you can enable MFA by using a Single Sign-On (SSO) service. SSO allows you to log in to multiple applications and services using a single set of credentials.

Option 2: Multi-Factor Authentication using an Authenticator App

This option involves using an Authenticator App to enable MFA. An Authenticator App generates unique verification codes that you will need to enter along with your password when logging in to your account. These verification codes are time-sensitive and provide an extra layer of security, as they are constantly changing.

Both options offer user-friendly ways to enhance the security of your account. Choose the option that best suits your needs and follow the instructions provided to enable Multi-Factor Authentication.
