Portal password reset

Users may change their own password in the settings area. Once you have logged into your Kyckr account, simply click the Settings button on the top right corner of the webpage.

This will bring up the Request new password side-window:

Once you have clicked on this, the following message will pop up:

You will then receive an email that will enable you to change your password.

If you are not receiving your password reset email, please check your junk email.

If you are still not receiving this email you can ask your account administrator to change your password in the admin area. To learn more about resetting a password as an administrator, click here.

If your administrator resets your password and you still do not receive a password reset email, please email our customer care team at support@kyckr.com
