If a Kyckr Portal user is having login issues, or is not receiving their password reset email, the customer can ask their account administrator to change their password in the admin area.
Access User Management: Access the user management area by clicking Admin in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Search User's Name: Once you are on this page, a list of users will pop up. You can use the search function to identify the user you would like to change the details for. You may search using the user's name or email.
Select User for Password Reset: Click the 3 dots located to the right of the chosen user, and click password reset. This will send the user an email to reset their password.
If you are not receiving your password reset email please check your junk email.
