When navigating to a company profile page within the Kyckr portal, the user is presented with some basic company details in the lefthand panel. This information can help to verify key details about a business, such as its registration status, its address, and company activity. This is often used as a ‘first line check’ by our customers when they are onboarded a new customer or supplier.
The information presented includes, where filed at the registry:

- Legal form

We provide Lite profiles in 150 jurisdictions, including all major European and Asian financial centers and the US. All the information is extracted live at the point of the request from the relevant company registry and is not edited by Kyckr. The only changes Kyckr make are to restructure it into standardised headings, making it easier to read, particularly when the information itself is in a different language to the native one.
For most registries, this information will be retrieved in just a few seconds. However, in some cases, it may take slightly longer while we make a connection to the registry.
This basic data is provided free of charge, as it is included in your subscription to the Kyckr portal.
We provide JSON/XML company profile data which is extracted from the registry and normalised into a simple, yet powerful, proprietary data structure in real-time.
The benefit of JSON/XML data is that it can be mapped to autofill a client's internal workflow system, without the need for individual users to manually extract information from documents or third-party sources. This increases efficiency and reduces the chance of human input error.
